Frosty Homemade Blueberry Yogurt Dog Treats

Updated: Oct 20, 2022

With only three simple ingredients, you can make your dog delicious, nutritious, frozen treats that are sure to keep him cool on a hot summer day.

All you need is about 20 minutes of prep time, 32 oz of plain or vanilla yogurt, two small jars of meat baby food, and 1 1/2 cups of blueberries.

Mix them well, and disperse the mixture into silicone molds or even Dixie cups, then freeze for about 12 hours.

And that is it!

Dogs benefit from blueberries just like we do because they are loaded with antioxidants to help fight against free radicals and have lots of fiber and vitamins.

And yogurt is loaded with probiotics, which benefit gut health and keep the immune system strong.

So you can feel good providing your friend with these delicious frozen homemade treats while also helping him beat the summer heat.
